Special Forces Framing, LLC was started in 2018 by three partners out looking for more opportunity. We have been fortunate to be able to teach and pass on our knowledge, opportunity, and skills to new employees over the last few years. Job Openings
Carpenter Helper (0-1 year experience)
Assists Carpenters, Lead Carpenters, and Foreman in building and setting walls, setting and sheathing floor systems, setting and sheathing roof trusses and various tasks as required. Must have reliable transportation, be able to lift and carry at least 50lbs, and be able to work on ladders and at heights.
Carpenter (6 mo - 2 years
Builds and sets wall, sets and sheaths floors systems, sets and sheaths roof trusses and other various tasks as required under the guidance of Lead Carpenters and Foreman. Must have reliable transportation, be able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs, and be able to work on ladders and at heights.
Lead Carpenter (1year+)
All Carpenter tasks plus directs and oversees Carpenters and Carpenter Helpers in their tasks with an eye to speed, quality, and safety. Teaches Carpenters and Carpenter Helpers skills to complete their tasks. Assists Foremen in His/Her tasks. Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs, be able to work on ladders and at heights, and have reliable transportation.
Foreman (2years+)
All Carpenter and Lead Carpenter tasks plus managing and leading Lead Carpenters, Carpenters, and Carpenter Helpers to ensure schedules are met, quality standards are surpassed, and jobsites are safe and clean. Must be able to maintain working relationships with builders and homeowners. Must be able to read blueprints and know code/best practices to insure homes are built correctly. Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs, be able to work on ladders and at heights, and have reliable transportation.
Project Manager
We are looking to add a Project Manager to our growing team. As a PM you will be responsible for overseeing the speed, quality, and safety of our field framing crews and our panel shop. The ideal candidate is or was recently a PM or Job Supervisor for either a framing sub contractor or home builder. This candidate will bring with them knowledge of the industry, connections with other builders, framers, and suppliers, and a positive, get-it-done attitude. This is a full time position.
Pay is negotiable and will be based on experience and ability to meet company goals. Benefits include, Vacation time, holiday pay, 100% company paid health insurance, and bonuses based on performance.

Assistant Project Manager or Service Technician
We are seeking a Assistant Project Manager to help our team better serve our clients. An APM is responsible for conducting quality walks on recently framed houses to identify and correct potential problems, repair mistakes that got missed, complete small projects (frame porch columns, garage steps, etc), and work with foremen and carpenters to improve their quality and efficiency. The APM will also be responsible to help PM as needed with their duties and assist/fill in for foremen as needed (truss & wall sets, sick/vacation time, and to maintain schedule.) The ideal candidate is an experienced foreman, APM, or service tech in a production framing company with a desire to share their expertise with others, help grow our amazing team, and has a positive get-it-done attitude.
